About the role As a Global Sales Executive, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle to meet company goals. What you will do Achieve sales quotas within your portfolio and meet profitability targets. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with ongoing account performance follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams such as Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product. Optimize account performance in sales, profitability, quality, and service, developing strategic account plans aligned with company standards. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends, providing feedback to management. Lead project management for major account changes and new product implementations. Identify new opportunities for large-scale payment processing. Collaborate across teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery. What you need to succeed Over 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles, with a focus on payments industry expertise. Strong skills in forecasting, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
