As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to help us engage our community and drive growth through email. Role Overview: We're seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to take the lead on our email campaigns—from planning and automation to analysis and optimization. You'll be responsible for improving customer engagement and retention by delivering impactful, personalized messages using HubSpot. This is a full-time, on-site contractor role based in Bucaramanga. What You'll Do: - Plan, build, and execute email campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events. - Develop and optimize automated workflows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, etc.) within HubSpot. - Segment audiences and tailor messages based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences. - Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and implement A/B testing. - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure emails reflect our brand and tone. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion. - Proven expertise using HubSpot for email automation, segmentation, and reporting. - Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance. - Analytical and creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills in English. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Onsite Nice to Have: - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization. - Familiarity with fan-driven communities and pop culture trends.
