Opportunity As a Commercial Field Supervisor , you will be responsible for our brand's image and sell-out results at Travel Retail points of sale in Central America and North of South America. You will report to the Area Manager for your region and collaborate internally with the commercial, marketing, education, retail design teams and externally with clients and retailers . Your mission is to ensure the flawless execution of each account strategy to drive sellout growth and enhance consumer experience through effective sales team and POS management. You will also actively identify and communicate business opportunities within your area. Responsibilities Team Management: Manage team members assigned to our brands per door/retailer. Set monthly sell-out targets and minimum/maximum stock levels. Gather monthly sell-out feedback. Handle recruitment, onboarding, pre-training, and team motivation. Review shifts and monitor retailer invoices. Conduct performance reviews and appraisals in collaboration with retailers. Regularly monitor competition. Foster team building, motivation, and communicate business strategies. Educate teams on grooming guidelines. Training: Deliver formal, flash, and one-on-one coaching sessions as needed. Adapt training based on regional needs and group guidelines. POS Management: Analyze and report POS and airport data to optimize account management. Conduct regular store visits with reports and follow-ups. Manage POS materials, visual displays, and decorations. Monitor competition, pricing, and in-store merchandising guidelines. Animations and Promotions: Coordinate promotional activities and ensure timely execution. Prepare feedback reports with pictures and qualitative insights. Organize incentive activities and manage temporary sales team budgets. Launches and Assortment: Ensure product assortment matches store needs. Implement correct pricing and communicate marketing plans. Contribute to forecasting processes. Qualifications 4-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or related fields, preferably in luxury or travel retail. Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or similar. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Multicultural sensitivity and awareness. Analytical, creative, resourceful, and goal-oriented. Leadership skills to manage and coach teams effectively.
