We are looking for someone who can help us stay organized and on track! - Possess excellent organizational skills and project planning abilities. - Enjoy making phone calls and keeping our clients and team up to date. - Take meeting minutes. - Follow up with our staff and ensure they have everything they need to be successful in their roles. - Have strong interpersonal skills - we need a people person! - Be available to travel. **Key responsibilities include**: - Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. - Organizing schedules, and sending reminders. - Organizing construction project documents, creating and maintaining progress reports, and organize project folders. **Requirements**: - Have an engineering or architecture background (not required, but preferred) - Reliable internet connection - Project Management and Expeditor skills - Experience in deliverables, cost management, and personnel management - Ability to learn, collaborate and work with Engineers and Tradesmen - Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills - Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting - Initiative and Attention to Detail - Experience in the engineering or construction industry - **Travel availability**: - **C1/C2 English level.** HYBRID JOB - You'll work from home, with some traveling opportunities **Job Type**: Full-time (Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm CST) **Pay**: Weekly **Language**: English & Spanish (required) Application Question(s): - Are you willing to temporarily relocate to other places/countries?
