**Join Our International Team as a Project Manager!** We are an international engineering firm seeking a skilled and professional project manager who is completely fluent in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, writing) and thrives in an fast growing environment. We are looking for someone who can help us stay organized and on track! - Possess excellent organizational skills and project planning abilities. - Enjoy making phone calls and keeping our clients and team up to date. - Take meeting minutes. - Follow up with our staff and ensure they have everything they need to be successful in their roles. - Have strong interpersonal skills - we need a people person! - Be available to travel. **Key responsibilities include**: - Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. - Organizing schedules, and sending reminders. - Organizing construction project documents, creating and maintaining progress reports, and organize project folders. **Requirements**: - Have an engineering or architecture background (not required, but preferred) - Reliable internet connection - Project Management and Expeditor skills - Experience in deliverables, cost management, and personnel management - Ability to learn, collaborate and work with Engineers and Tradesmen - Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills - Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting - Initiative and Attention to Detail - Experience in the engineering or construction industry - **Travel availability**: - **C1/C2 English level.** HYBRID JOB - You'll work from home, with some traveling opportunities **Job Type**: Full-time (Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm CST) **Pay**: Weekly **Language**: English & Spanish (required) Application Question(s): - Are you willing to temporarily relocate to other places/countries?
