Senior Executive Sourcing Partner - Location: Bogotá, Colombia - Type of role: Full time - Permanent About the job As Senior Executive Sourcing Partner you are part of the Global Executive Sourcing team within the Global Executive Recruitment function, reporting to the Global Lead Executive Scouting. The Global Executive Sourcing team is focused on external talents, operates as an inhouse executive search agency, which mission is to support both active recruitments and proactive succession planning (talent pipelining / mapping) for our executive and our senior business critical positions (L5+) across various business units, functions and geographies. The team supports the traditional executive recruitment activities, advises business leaders in recruitment strategies, collects market insights and builds talent pools and engages with executives and senior leaders to provide our leadership teams with immediate access to the best talent in the market. The Senior Executive Sourcing Partner supports multiple stakeholders such as Executive and L5 Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Global Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Leaders with talent identification, market research, talent sourcing, engagement and screening activities. He /she participates in various L5+ active recruitment and proactive talent pipelining / mapping projects in various locations. Main responsibilities: - Form close partnership with with Executive and L5 Recruiters to support Hiring Managers, Global Talent Acquisition and Peoples & Culture Leaders on their external talent for business critical and key value driving L5+ roles. ​Actively participate in project discussions (briefing, progress update meetings, mapping and shortlist presentations). - Define sourcing strategies, conduct sourcing, and build diverse candidate pipeline and talent pools. - Collect, classify and interpret competitive market intelligence. - Present and explain market insights, talent mapping results, and calibration profiles to Hiring Managers and Global People Business Partners, providing strategic recommendations based on findings. - Attract, approach, engage candidates to build suitable candidate pipelines for short-term and long-term talent needs. - Conduct in-depth screening discussion with candidates and support building the shortlist. - Present screened candidates and explain their match/mismatch to Hiring Managers. - Create progress/ update reports. - Conduct explanatory discussions with professionals with future potential fit to Sanofi. - Feed the candidate database with qualitative information. - Constantly monitor the talent market and seek for innovative sourcing techniques. - Participate in building L5+ talent pools. - Act according to data privacy and GDPR, ensure confidentiality. - Ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience during all the steps of the process. About you - Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in sourcing within a multinational environment (agency or inhouse). - Experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I;) sourcing techniques. - Experienced LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights user. - Background in senior leadership or executive level recruitment. - Soft and technical skills: Deep passion for identifying best in class, diverse talents. - Knowledge of using Workday / Avature / Beamery represents an asset. - High level of compliance and integrity, comfortable dealing with highly confidential topics. - Articulate and engaging style to engage with executive level stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree. - Languages: Oral and written fluency in English.
