POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team of Fleet Support Maintenance and telematics Representatives in Bogotá. As a FS Supervisor, This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer fleet support, maintaining team efficiency, and achieving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and implementing strategies to enhance customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Customer Care Representatives to provide outstanding support and achieve performance targets. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the customer service skills and product knowledge of the team. Ensure all team members are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and company offerings. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer care team. Client Interaction: Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the VGM FM and FT Teams and local GBS Structure to align customer service strategies and ensure seamless operations. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on Fleet Support performance, customer feedback, and team achievements to senior management. Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and local regulations. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the team. REPORTS TO: Remotely: To the VGM FM & FT Team & Locally to the GBS Structure DIRECT REPORTS: JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical engineering supervisory or management role, preferably within the car leasing or mobility sector. Language Proficiency: Exceptional Fluency (Speaking and Writing) in Spanish and English is required.Additional languages are advantageous (Urdu,Russian, Arab, Hindi, Portuguese, Chinese-Mandarin, Italian) Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems & tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google environment, and other sales-related tools. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred. Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones across the United States and Latin America. Location: Colombia resident, preferably Bogota.
