Job Description: Facilities Manager The Facilities Managers are considered the leaders of the operations of TaskUs' properties. They provide guidance to the Facilities team as they strive to provide a world-class environment that will allow our teammates to be their best at work. - Able to work with a diverse group of people of different cultures and nationality. - Solicit constant feedback on the site and working conditions from the employees by implementing regular walkthroughs, focus group discussions, surveys, and attending site leadership forums. - Formulate programs that will increase employee's work efficiency and job satisfaction. This role requires strong moral standards and professional ethics. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience in Facility management and/or Hospitality/Customer Experience in a management/leadership capacity. The Facilities Manager must be able to coach and make decisions based on the highest standards of integrity. Mentoring capability and being able to make sound decisions with little to no supervision is also required. Responsibilities - Taking lead in implementing the site's housekeeping program. - Accountable in the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the reception, operations area, offices and conference rooms, and restrooms. - Conducting a quarterly performance evaluation, and discussing wins and opportunities with the vendor to further improve quality of service.
