As a business leader, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities - Oversee revenue targets for the Andina market and develop strategies to achieve them. - Lead quarterly forecasting cadence to provide visibility of sales pipeline status and plan to achieve target, as well as upside and downside risks to achieving targets. - Develop scalable operations solutions and improvements to support continued advertiser growth. - Collaborate across sales channels and business functions to drive the go-to-market strategy and operations in Mexico. - Align sales and core cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales Operations and Ad Operations to drive revenue growth. - Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements. - Work with strategy on annual budgeting, and monthly/quarterly tracking and insights areas of deviations and recommendations. As a successful General Manager, you will be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of the business, including forecasting, pipeline development, training, certifications, hiring, performance management, collaboration, teamwork, and best practice sharing.
