About the Role: As a seasoned AI Product Manager, you will focus on reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by increasing the efficiency of our acquisition channels. You will collaborate with our Contact Center, leveraging AI-driven tools to boost agent performance, while developing new AI-operated acquisition channels. You will also work with our Tech, BI, and Insights teams to harness data, optimize automation, and refine growth strategies. Your responsibilities include: 1. Diving deep into sales operations through research, analysis, and insights gathering. 2. Developing a clear roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives measurable impact. 3. Identifying problems/opportunities within the sales funnel and acquisition channels. 4. Prioritizing initiatives using well-defined criteria to ensure the highest impact. 5. Designing and building AI-powered solutions to enhance sales efficiency. 6. Researching off-the-shelf AI solutions for quick experimentation. 7. Establishing measurement frameworks with Insights & BI teams for data-driven experimentation and impact assessment. 8. Ideating and validating solutions once challenges and opportunities are understood. 9. Measuring impact through data-driven experimentation and iteration. 10. Defining and executing rollouts, including training the sales team and overseeing implementation for seamless adoption.
