Posch Builders a boutique, award-winning home builder based in the United States is hiring a Remote Office Manager to support operations from afar. This role is perfect for an experienced administrative professional based in Colombia (preferably Bogotá) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead, coordinate, and elevate back-office systems for a high-end residential construction company. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day administrative operations remotely Coordinate incoming communications and schedule consultations with U.S. clients Prepare and organize financial tracking reports (cash flow, project budgets, etc.) Manage internal systems, documents, CRM tools, and project pipelines Support bids, proposals, and contracts with organized documentation Maintain company records, onboarding systems, and internal SOPs Collaborate closely with U.S.-based team via Zoom, Slack, and project tools Foster strong remote communication with subcontractors and internal team What You Bring 3+ years of experience in office management, admin coordination, or executive support Strong English fluency (spoken and written) you'll communicate directly with U.S. clients and team members Background working with construction, architecture, or real estate firms (preferred) Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools (Buildertrend, Monday.com, etc. is a bonus) Self-motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and comfort working independently Tech-savvy, highly adaptable, and excellent with time management University degree in Business, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) What We Offer Full-time, remote position $8$10 USD/hour , based on experience Bonus incentives based on performance and project delivery Flexible hours aligned with U.S. time zones Paid holidays and vacation A close-knit, respectful international team Opportunity to grow with a high-end, design-focused construction company About Posch Builders With over 17 years of experience, Posch Builders is known for crafting exceptional spaces across residential new builds and renovations.
