A collaborative work style essential - ability to work on a continuous night shift schedule **Essential Functions**: - Client facing: exude EOS principles and utilize them to drive progress. Observe processes and identify bottlenecks. Design and implement new processes. Collect data to identify process gaps. Aid in short - and long-term strategy ideation. Express knowledge of systems to aid in digital transformation projects. (80%) - Train employees and contractors on systems and processes. Manage and support the associate consultant team. Onboard and train new-hire associate consultants. Facilitate growth through project management and consistent follow-up.(10%) - Maintain a high standard of culture and champion the companies' mission, vision, and values.
