Responsibilities - Support the sourcing process, including posting job openings, headhunting, social media management, CV filtering, and candidate contact. - Provide full-cycle recruiting services, from sourcing to closing candidates. - Negotiate with candidates and initiate the hiring process. - Understand client requirements and vacancy needs to tailor the recruitment process accordingly. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop business opportunities. Requirements - At least 2 years of work experience. - Knowledge of the IT market. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong self-management capabilities. - Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. - Advanced English proficiency.
