What You’ll Be Doing: Support lawyers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Provide administrative support during trials, including the preparation of case briefs and summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony. Assist in trial preparations, including case briefs and summaries. Conduct research and gather case-relevant information. Draft and file basic legal documents. Manage phone calls, schedules, and deadlines efficiently. What We’re Looking For: Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at a C1 level. Fluent in Spanish & English. Must have a law degree and a valid license to practice in your respective country. At least 2 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in a remote setting. Proficient with online tools (video conferencing, cloud storage). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet. Available to work in US time zones.
