Job Title: Customer Service Representative Schedule: Full time Model: Hybrid Work Location: Cali, Colombia Responsibility This role will be responsible for providing the necessary support to customers in the US when they face issues that require assistance. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve situations efficiently will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality standards in our service. Functions Order Management: Efficiently process replacement, exchange, and RMA orders. Installation Verification: Perform verification of product and service installations. GPS Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot GPS-related issues. ELD Support: Address ELD questions and provide troubleshooting assistance. Software Assistance: Handle inquiries related to software functionalities. Customer Inquiries: Attend to invoice and general account inquiries with a customer-centric approach. Account Management: Perform account and unit deactivation tasks in accordance with regulations and position hierarchy. What are we looking for? Minimum six months in bilingual customer service.
