Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: - Support the digital business performance analytics function within the regional and local Digital Partner Commerce organization - Ensure cutting edge analytics services are available to all market stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions - Optimize Digital Data Transformation regional projects available and adopt global tools to drive the area to a stand from the crowd strategy - Generate disruptive insights based on data visualization and digital connectivity **Responsibilities**: - Co-prepare data analysis for specific account and country DPC team based on Regional DPC Business Analytics framework for (exemplary analytics areas may include but are not limited to): - Digital sales performance analysis & insights reporting - Digital web performance analysis & insights reporting - Digital account diagnostics - Marketing campaign analysis and optimization - Range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization - Paid and organic on-site search analysis & optimization - Translate analyses into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights - Implement global initiative testing and tracking solutions - Use automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources. - Remove corrupted data and fix coding errors and related problems - Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction - Analysis of local, national and global trends that impact the organization and the industry - Prepare reports for the management standing trends and using data visualization tools. - Work with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. - Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. - Develop and maintain databases, data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format - Transform data into powerful dashboard insights - Develop - Accountable for data sourcing and management for specific account in partnerships with KAM - Country point of contact for all key external stakeholders (eCom digital analytics, Market finance, etc.) - Leverage data and reports to improve overall online business of specific account in country - Ensure effective inputs and influence other stakeholders to take facts-based decisions - Work with Regional DPC business analytics to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across the region - Input account specific insights to regional DPC Business analytics Key Skills for a Data Analyst - Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data - Knowdledge of IT arquitecture like API’s, Webhooks - Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, R, MATLAB, and Python - Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation. - Experience in connecting and tagging objectives and events In Google Analytics & Tag Manager - Knowledge of data transformation and processing tools like Alteryx, Hadoop and Apache Spark - Experience in handling reporting packages like Business Objects, programming (Javascript, XML, or ETL frameworks), databases - Experience with collaboration tools & ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, GitHub) - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts). - Kwowledge of data infraestructure techniques and cloud - Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SPSS, SAS to be used for data set analyzing - Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, Data Studio, PowerBi - Problem-solving skills - Accuracy and attention to detail - Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations - Team-working skills - Verbal and Written communication skills - Proven working experience in data analysis Key Relationships - Market DPC Partner Development - Country DPC lead, Digital KAM and Operations - Country KA team & CTC - Country Sales Finance Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Experience in different fields of digital measurement tools and measurement platforms for web analytics, mobile, paid media, social, sentiment, SEO, etc. - Experience in digital tranformation data projects and agile methodologies - Experience in eCommerce environment - Experience with BI, Financial, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs (preferably Adobe etc.) - Profound experience with data and visualization techniques. - Profound experience with data explanation and dashboards - Experience with B2B sales data **Qualifications**: - Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field of study. - Postgraduate course in data analytics is a plus - Fluent written and spoken Spanish
