Our company is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage and audit procurement processes and related documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, filing, supervising, and auditing the company's procurement processes and documents in accordance with internal procedures and corporate requirements. They will also support the effective implementation of best procurement practices and ensure proper document control and compliance throughout the purchasing cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain standard procurement documentation for use, ensuring consistency with company regulations. - Manage a tracking and monitoring system to determine compliance with contractual obligations and capture any changes in requirements. - Provide consultancy to other departments regarding procurement processes such as contracting methods, documentation, supplier evaluation, and others. - Ensure all policies and regulations regarding procurement activities are considered in the purchase of goods and services, actively promoting these among stakeholders. - Manage and review documents for the procurement of all suppliers, equipment, and services, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and internal control manuals. - Attend internal and external audits regarding procurement processes. - Identify suppliers that satisfy the company's contracting and purchasing standards. - Deliver annual vendor evaluations to determine improvements in agreements and services. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective teamwork in procuring goods and services. - Maintain complete and correct records of contracts for goods and services. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, finance, or related field. - 2 years of experience in administrative and suppliers' affairs. - Experience in compliant procurement processes for state-owned companies. - At least 2 years of experience related to renewable energy industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and office package, contract management software (ERP). - English language proficiency at B2+ level. - Availability to work fully on-site.
