We are looking for a dynamic digital media planner/buyer to develop and implement digital media campaigns. You will work closely with other internal departments, including Marketing management, Sales and creative, to deliver seamless, integrated Ads brand experiences. To be successful as a digital media planner/buyer, you should have a deep knowledge of digital media Ads marketing and be able to translate a client's business objectives into a Ads digital strategy. **Responsibilities**: - Create copy for Ads for all media channels. - Negotiate the price of and purchase of all ads in media channels - Solid experience in managing all aspects of buying, including tracking and media optimization. - Projecting, directing and measuring the actions to achieve the objectives set in the campaign and total Monetization. - Collaborating with the team to fulfill advertising needs. - Writing creative and media related briefs for the creative team. - Present digital data to draw key recommendations around campaigns optimization. - Planning and executing multiple A / B Tests. - Assembling the Monetization communications grid and negotiate slots with the various internal teams that make use of touchpoints to set ideal release times. - Executing the advertising campaigns, including the configuration of the campaigns, as well as the supervision of their correct development until they are finished. - Tracking the advertising activity of the campaigns, optimizing them proactively, and analyzing the results and providing insights for the continuous improvement of the performance of the marketing investments. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or advertising. - At least 2 years of digital marketing experience. - Experience with campaign management and ad serving technology, including Google Analytics. - Deep knowledge of paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Organizational and time management skills.
