QA Automation Engineer at BairesDev QA Automation Engineer at BairesDev We are seeking a QA Automation Expert to join our Office of the CEO team. As our technology fuels both demand and talent generation that drives company growth, youll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability and quality. In this position, youll be responsible for identifying bugs and testing system boundaries while building comprehensive automation frameworks. Strong communication skills are essential as youll help automate processes that deliver real business value. What Youll Do: - Automate test cases including regression test suites. - Create comprehensive test cases for various system components. - Execute test cases and document results. - Participate in scrum ceremonies and agile development processes. - Identify and implement improvements to the teams QA processes. What we are looking for: - 7-10 years of QA experience. - Strong manual testing knowledge including regression suites, smoke testing, and performance testing. - 5+ years of experience in end-to-end automation. - 3+ years of experience building regression tests. - 3+ years of experience in API automation. - 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries for any SQL database. - Advanced level of English. Nice to have: - DevOps knowledge. - Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or Engineering field. - Experience with Postman and Cypress.
