About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our Sales Development team. This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and qualifying their level of interest in our solutions?primarily within the IT and tech sector. This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced sales environments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels. Qualify leads using the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM (preferably HubSpot). Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager and Account Executive team to ensure smooth lead hand-offs. Provide regular and precise reporting on lead generation and qualification activities. Work closely with marketing and partner teams to align outreach with campaign strategies. Requirements: 2?3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales development, preferably in tech or SaaS industries. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong communication, active listening, and analytical skills. Experience with sales tools and CRM systems;HubSpot experience is a plus. A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to build meaningful connections.
