Responsibilities Design and implement our foundational platforms and systems to develop tools that integrate with our Artisans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Develop containerized applications using Docker for streamlined deployment and testing. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive enhancements to programming practices and tools. Present technical information to teams and stakeholders, providing guidance on development processes and technologies. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of full-time engineering experience, with a focus on back-end systems. Experience in software development, distributed systems, and public cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Proven track record of independently managing successful engineering projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with containerization and deployment technologies.
