Hours for this job are 9am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs of the company, understand specific job requirements, and align expectations accordingly. - Generate reports and analyze sourcing data to measure the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and optimize sourcing strategies. - Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to make informed sourcing decisions. **Qualifications** - Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting with at least 3 years of experience specifically in talent sourcing. - Strong English written and verbal skills. - Strong knowledge of talent recruiting technologies and strategies - Experience recruiting for a small business preferred. - Able to read and analyze data. - Strong attention to detail. - Able to work as a team and collaborate with teammates. - Strong problem solver who can come up with creative solutions. - Highly organized and able to prioritize their time and tasks. - Has a reliable office or space to work regular hours and a reliable internet connection. Pay: $3,500,000 - $4,000,000 per month
