Account Executive (LATAM) Remote | Eastern Time Zone Hours | Mid-Level | Fast-Growing Trade School We’re looking for an Account Executive (LATAM) to join one of the fastest-growing trade school graduate producers in the U.S. This is a mid-level sales role focused on managing qualified leads, guiding prospects through the enrollment process, and supporting deal closures. You'll play a key role in helping individuals access life-changing education while contributing to a high-growth, mission-driven team. Schedule Tuesday to Thursday : 1PM – 8PM EST Saturday : 9AM – 3PM EST What You’ll Be Doing Engage inbound leads and proactively follow up with warm prospects Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and deliver compelling value pitches Address objections, build trust, and move prospects through the sales funnel Schedule follow-ups and assist leadership with closing deals Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot (or similar CRM) Provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and sales workflows What We’re Looking For 1–2 years in sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role At least 1 year of experience cold calling and prospecting Minimum 1 year in an Account Executive position Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus) Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent Must be able to work remotely and be available during EST hours Why Join Us Be part of a high-growth organization with clear career advancement paths Join a supportive team with structured onboarding and ongoing coaching Play a meaningful role in helping aspiring professionals launch new careers #J-18808-Ljbffr
