Job Title: Procurement Operations Specialist Procurement Operations Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement Operations Specialist. As a key member of the procurement operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Log, review, and resolve complex support issues related to procurement technology using our issue ticket management system. 2. Interact with other teams to facilitate ticket resolution where required. 3. Maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions documentation in conducting activities, paying strong attention to detail. 4. Escalate issues to senior stakeholders, suppliers, or other internal teams, and track to resolution. 5. Identify platform issues or gaps and make recommendations for improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: - College Diploma or University Degree in administrative areas. - 6-12 months of experience in operations, help desk, customer service, business analysis, process improvement, or related fields. - B2 level of English as you will work closely with our headquarters in Canada. - Advanced level in Excel (write formulas, use lookup & references functions, logical functions, and text functions at a minimum). - Intermediate level of PowerBI is a plus. - Experience with helpdesk or procurement software is a plus.
