In this role, you’ll focus on bringing small-to-medium-sized, multi-day tour operators onto our platform—helping them streamline their operations and scale their businesses. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint across the region and contributing directly to that mission. **How We Work**: At WeTravel, our Sales team runs lean, fast, and collaboratively. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from cold outreach to closing the deal—with a strong focus on volume-based activity. What sets this role apart is the high degree of autonomy and accountability: you'll be expected to spend the majority of your time prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads. We embrace a consultative sales approach, using tools like HubSpot to manage pipelines and stay organized.
