About the Role: We are seeking a high-level, English-proficient Real Estate Coordinator to become a key player in our fast-growing real estate team. This position is a dynamic blend of sales support, client engagement, and agent recruitment, perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building and professional communication. Your main focus will be to handle both inbound and outbound calls, follow up with warm leads, and assist in recruiting real estate agents into our network. You'll be the first point of contact for many clients and agents, so a polished, friendly, and persuasive phone manner is a must. Key Responsibilities - Manage inbound calls, identify the caller’s needs, and route or assist accordingly - Conduct outbound follow-ups with potential clients and agent leads - Clearly communicate our company’s value propositions to clients and agents - Build and maintain relationships with outside agents for potential recruitment - Log all interactions in Lofty CRM and use dialer tools for streamlined communication - Assist in building a reliable network of warm and qualified leads - Contribute to overall business growth through recruiting, setting appointments, and warming up prospects Ideal Candidate Profile - Previous sales experience is highly preferred (real estate experience is a plus but not required) - Fluent in English with a neutral to U.S.-sounding accent Strong phone presence with a formal, professional tone and corporate mentality - Bubbly, friendly, and engaging personality that builds trust easily over the phone - Female candidates are preferred due to trust dynamics in the real estate market - Quick learner with the ability to understand the U.S. real estate industry (training provided) Technical Requirements - Stable and high-speed internet connection - Quiet, professional home office setup - Familiarity with Lofty CRM (or willingness to learn) Comfortable using dialer tools and managing call/text outreach via CRM
