Job Title: Warranty Coordinator About The Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Warranty Coordinator to handle HVAC warranty claims and related service coordination. This role ensures timely claim submission, clear communication with customers and vendors, and accurate record-keeping to support smooth warranty operations. Key Responsibilities: - Submit and track warranty claims with HVAC manufacturers and vendors. - Coordinate with field technicians and service managers to gather necessary claim documentation. - Review service records to determine warranty eligibility. - Maintain organized digital records of all warranty claims, documentation, and manufacturer communications. - Communicate claim updates and resolutions to customers in a clear and professional manner. - Manage parts returns, credit reconciliation, and warranty billing. - Stay current on manufacturer warranty policies, terms, and processes. - Identify warranty trends and recurring issues to improve future operations. Qualifications: - 2+ years in a warranty or service coordination role within the HVAC or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, workflows, and terminology. - Proficiency in service platforms such as ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple open claims at once. - Reliable self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
