Our portfolio includes high-quality, differentiated branded generic medicines across multiple therapeutic areas such as gastroenterology, women’s health, cardiometabolic, pain management, CNS, and respiratory. As the Finance Director, you will lead cross-functionally to ensure fiduciary and stewardship excellence, provide accurate business analysis, maximize investment returns, ensure quality reporting locally and regionally, and foster strong partnerships with sales, marketing, and regional functions to achieve ambitious goals. What You’ll Do Ensure the integrity of financial statements, maintain internal controls, and facilitate successful audits. Partner with cross-functional teams for insights, analysis, investment decisions, and execution. Present financial and non-financial information effectively to leadership. Review P&L and Balance Sheet, understand variances, take corrective actions, and manage risks and opportunities. Implement governance and actions for continuous margin improvement and ROI. Manage quarterly LBE and support long-term planning processes. Lead and develop your team, defining career development opportunities. Provide strategic financial insights to management at local, regional, and divisional levels. Ensure high forecast accuracy and support supply chain forecasting improvements. Manage the annual cost change process, ensuring quality assumptions and impact assessments. Support project management, especially for finance projects or global system implementations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or industrial engineering; master's preferred. Preferred Qualifications At least 10 years of relevant finance experience with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, business partnering, internal controls, and finance leadership. Demonstrated initiative, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, demand planning, and data visualization tools. Leadership skills, team development experience, and ability to operate independently.
