The Impact of the Lead Solution Architect at Coupa: This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth organization in a pivotal role, influencing your career development. Our Professional Services Teams collaborate with Coupa Customers, Partners, and Product Management to implement valuable solutions, focusing on Supplier Risk and Performance Management processes. Your main goal is to support the design, implementation, and deployment of our products to ensure customer success and drive efficiencies. While your primary focus will be on the Supplier Risk modules, including Supplier Information Management and Coupa Risk Assess, you'll also have opportunities to expand your expertise across our broader suite. What You'll Do: - Lead implementation design with customers and support external implementation partners as a subject matter expert. - Advise customers on best practices, ensuring optimal functional design. - Lead and facilitate customer design workshops. - Support design reviews and collaborate with Product Management on strategic directions. - Serve as SME for Coupa’s Supplier Management Suite, including Supplier Information Management, Risk Aware, and Coupa Risk Assess. - Manage customer relationships, with up to 50% travel required. What You Will Bring to Coupa: - 7-15 years of experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, or 3rd Party Risk Management, from internal procurement/supply chain roles or external consulting/software firms. - Strong client management skills and experience executing successful implementation plans. - Previous consulting experience with Coupa Risk Assess or similar solutions is required. - Experience with applications like Aravo, Archer, Process Unity, OneSource, or other 3rd Party Risk Management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
