As part of Rappi, your responsibilities will include: Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of Inside Sales Agents. Ensuring daily/weekly KPIs for calls, conversions, and revenue are met. Implementing continuous improvement processes in the sales pipeline. Monitoring interaction quality and providing ongoing coaching. Coordinating with operations, marketing, and onboarding teams to maximize results. Reporting results and improvement opportunities to Rappi X management. What are the requirements to join this neon universe? Over 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or call centers. Previous experience leading sales teams. Strong results orientation and KPI management. Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills. Experience in startups, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a plus. Native Spanish; English is a plus.
