Overview: Our client, a successful realestate broker, is seeking a driven and results-oriented SalesDevelopment Representative (SDR) to help generate and nurture newbusiness opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thriveson cold outreach, knows how to warm up a pipeline, and ispassionate about driving growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify,contact, and qualify cold leads through phone calls, emailoutreach, and follow-ups. Manage and maintain a clean pipeline ofprospects, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing engagement. Setappointments and generate qualified leads for the brokers realestate services. Collaborate with the broker to understand clientneeds and market positioning. Utilize CRM tools to trackactivities, organize data, and manage follow-up tasks. Maintain aconsistent cadence of outreach and relationship-building efforts. Help refine outreach messaging and contribute ideas to improve leadgeneration strategies. Ideal Candidate: Real estate experience is anice-to-have but NOT mandatory. 1-2 years of B2B sales developmentor lead generation experience, preferably with cold calling. BDR orcustomer service experience is a nice-to-have. Strong communicationand interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable workingindependently. Organized and capable of managing a pipelineefficiently. Proficient in CRM software and outreach tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) is a nice-to-have. Prior experienceworking with real estate professionals is a plus but not required.
