About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all activities performed by the Director of Finance, including understanding and driving financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and coordinating and reviewing monthly financial statements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure a smooth operation of all finance activities in full compliance with the policy, regulatory and contractual framework. - Business partner with all finance team members and support the Director of Finance in developing excellent working relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. - In absence of the Director of Finance, assume responsibilities of the department lead. What We're Looking For: - Ability to analyze complex financial information from multiple sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections. - Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate. - Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
