We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background, demonstrate proficiency in social media management, and have practical experience with accounting tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our executive office, enhancing our online presence, and supporting our financial processes. Responsibilities: Executive and Administrative Support: - Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives. - Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile and process expense reports. - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed. - Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications appropriately. - Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information. - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives. Social Media Management: - Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, image, video) across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X). - Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities. - Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering community interaction. - Analyze social media performance data and generate reports to inform future strategies. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Accounting Support: - Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions. - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation. - Prepare financial reports and statements as required. - Liaise with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping. - Support budget preparation and monitoring efforts. - Handle vendor communications regarding payments and invoices.
