You'll work directly with our Franchise Chief Development Officer to identify and engage multi-unit franchisees in our target market. This role is perfect for someone who loves to dive into research, connect with potential partners, and make a measurable impact on our growth. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Franchise Chief Development Officer to implement and refine lead generation strategies. Research and identify multi-unit franchisees in similar markets. Develop and execute outreach strategies using LinkedIn, emails, texts, and other tools. Maintain detailed records of activities and processes in our CRM system. Set up initial appointments for the sales team. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting. Previous experience in the franchise industry preferred. Strong oral and written English proficiency. Adaptable and eager to tackle new outbound projects. Strategic thinker who can execute plans while offering additional ideas and feedback.
