Your role in this position will be to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the LATAM region. This entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives, while also overseeing the coordination and execution of regional marketing campaigns. You will support marketing teams in working with media agencies and/or directly with media suppliers (websites, influencers) to book media placements for the region. Key Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies for the region in collaboration with senior leadership, managing campaign brief development and asset delivery for regional events/expos, conducting research and analysis of regional market trends and competitors, and reporting on agreed KPIs and campaign performance weekly and monthly. You will collaborate with the compliance department to ensure all briefed campaigns and marketing content are compliant, monitor regional marketing spend to ensure budgets help deliver country objectives, and stay aware of local competitor activities, regulatory issues, payments/verification challenges, and other key regional information.
