At CUSTOMER OPERATION SUCCESS S.A.S. we are looking for a Quality Analyst to join us in our team. If you are an organized and passionate professional about Quality Analisys processes, this is the opportunity you're waiting for. As Quality Analyst , you will be responsable of monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, providing feedback to agents, and identifying areas for improvement in processes and training programs. What do you need to be part of this team: At least a technical or technological degree or sixth semester of a professional degree.
