Who We're Looking For We're seeking a systems-driven Automation Expert to help scale Adoreal by eliminating manual work across clinical operations, marketing, and partner onboarding. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with healthcare teams (especially surgeons and clinics), is fluent in marketing automation and AI content tools, and can build seamless onboarding and enablement systems for new clinical partners. Responsibilities Healthcare & Clinical Operations Automation: Design and implement workflows for appointment scheduling, referral management, and follow-up communications. Create tools to streamline surgeon and staff workflows, including data collection, reporting, and compliance. Integrate automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, N8, Make, Airtable, custom scripts) with internal and external systems. Collaborate with clinical staff to identify pain points and develop automation solutions. Marketing Automation & Content Creation: Build automation frameworks for social media publishing, analytics, and content pipeline management. Automate content repurposing across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and websites. Integrate AI tools for semi-automated video editing, captioning, content planning, and campaign management. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless workflows from ideation to distribution. Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Develop automation processes for onboarding new clinical partners, from contract signing to full activation. Automate creation of customized implementation programs, welcome materials, and training guidelines. Build scalable playbooks for clinic success teams using tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal dashboards. Enable clinics with self-serve onboarding portals, automated checklists, and training tracking. Requirements 3+ years in automation, systems operations, or process design roles. Direct experience with healthcare professionals, clinical workflows, or medtech companies. Strong understanding of onboarding processes and training at scale. Technical proficiency with automation platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English (C1). Ability to develop lightweight custom tools using JavaScript, Python, or low-code platforms. Experience working in startups or early-stage companies.
