This role plays a key part in the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational processes across the Facilities and IT departments. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical skills, experience with supplier management, and the ability to support corporate travel, logistics, and special projects across LATAM. Responsibilities - Plan, track, and manage Facilities and IT budgets, including purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and financial analysis. - Support and oversee special initiatives and cross-functional projects (e.g., ISO certifications, CSR initiatives, inventory tracking, BCP planning). - Maintain and control logistical support databases to ensure accurate, real-time data. - Manage internal corporate travel requests for LATAM, including booking, purchasing, invoicing, and record keeping. - Assist with vendor management processes: requesting quotes, conducting comparisons, processing invoices, and ensuring documentation compliance. - Process and track purchase orders for operations across LATAM. - Provide on-site support for events, reservations, corporate visits, and general logistics at PGD offices. Qualifications - Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred). - Intermediate English. - 1.5 years of experience in operations, finance, or administrative support roles. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) - Financial analysis and budgeting - Database and data management - Strong attention to detail - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Effective communication and stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of ISO standards or certification processes - Experience working with supplier procurement systems or ERP tools -
