We are looking for an Accounting Manager with a valid CPA license and a strategic vision to lead a company's accounting and financial consolidation with operations in multiple countries. Position Objective: To plan, coordinate, and manage the organization’s accounting, banking, investment, insurance, securities, and other financial activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient resource utilization, and timely generation of information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Consolidate and supervise accounting across multiple countries (Colombia, U.S., among others). Prepare and review monthly financial statements, accounting reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow balances. Coordinate, supervise, and control the organization’s income and expenditures. Establish, monitor, and manage budgets and financial forecasts. Control expenses and ensure the efficient use of available resources. Define and lead operational and administrative accounting and financial procedures. Lead accounting teams and oversee the selection, training, and performance of personnel in the area. Ensure the timely and accurate generation of financial information aligned with institutional objectives. Clearly and accurately communicate the financial and accounting status of the company. Ensure that accounting records are up-to-date and compliant with local and international financial regulations. Maintain accurate profit and loss records, taxes, assets, and other fiscal obligations. Verify the accuracy of financial and accounting documents. Support cost and profitability analysis for strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local requirements, and investor/donor regulations, as applicable. Required Standards and Knowledge: IFRS / International Financial Reporting Standards US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles – U.S.) AML (Anti-Money Laundering) KYC (Know Your Customer) Local banking and tax regulations in multiple jurisdictions. Familiarity with crypto, digital banking, fintech, investment, and neobank environments. Proficiency in multi-currency and multi-country accounting. Expertise in Netsuite ERP or similar systems. Ideal Profile: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid professional license. Solid experience as a multinational accounting leader or head of accounting. Accounting experience in at least 4 countries, including Colombia and the U.S. (mandatory). Conversational English proficiency. Strong leadership profile, results-oriented, with the ability to lead diverse teams. High attention to detail, strong regulatory compliance focus, and ability to work under pressure.
