As a Digital marketing executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing inbound marketing strategies, paid advertising campaigns on social media & Google. **What you will do**: - Content Ideation & Production Coordination & Distribution - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative content ideas that align with our brand, our client’s brand, and marketing objectives. - Manage the distribution of content across various channels, including website, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. - Optimize existing blog posts for search engines - Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics - Monitor social media channels, forums, and online platforms to track conversations and sentiment around our brand and industry. - Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance positioning - Brainstorm and propose creative advertising strategies - Design and implement nurturing campaigns to engage and educate leads, moving them through the sales funnel. - Collaborate with the sales team to adapt marketing collateral, such as presentations, case studies, and sales materials, to effectively support their efforts. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in marketing agencies. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing, and social media platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and convey ideas effectively both in Spanish and English. - Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative marketing strategies. - Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization. - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. **What we do**:
