About The Position As a Sales Account Executive, you will lead and participate in lead generation and sales activities to drive business growth. Your role includes managing the lead generation team and engaging directly with prospects through research, prospecting, and customer engagement. Main Responsibilities Conduct sales calls, develop presales strategies, and lead client presentations. Research and qualify new leads to expand the client pipeline. Design and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and maximize conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals. Monitor and analyze sales metrics for decision-making and improvement. Experience and Requirements At least 5 years of experience in sales, focusing on lead generation and direct sales. Prior experience in the software industry is highly preferred. Proven success working with U.S.-based clients and meeting sales targets. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and qualification processes. Familiarity with the software industry and market trends. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Excellent research and data analysis skills for identifying leads and market opportunities. Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Experience with AI tools for prospecting/qualifying is a plus.
