Job Description SO/Sotogrande, a luxurious resort located in the beautiful coastaltown of Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a talented and experiencedMaître to join our esteemed team. As the Maître, you will beresponsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fine diningrestaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards, and creatingmemorable experiences for our discerning guests. - Manage andcoordinate all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffscheduling, training, and performance evaluations. - Greet and seatguests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while maintaininga smooth flow of service. - Oversee table assignments,reservations, and special requests to maximize guest satisfactionand restaurant efficiency. - Collaborate with the Executive Chef todevelop and implement menu changes, wine pairings, and seasonalpromotions. - Monitor and maintain the highest standards of foodquality, presentation, and service. - Handle guest inquiries,feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. - Ensurecompliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. -Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance for therestaurant. - Analyze sales data and implement strategies toincrease revenue and profitability. - Foster a positive workenvironment and mentor staff to promote professional growth andteamwork.
