Position Title: Recruitment Performance Coordinator Location: Medellin (Hybrid) What you will be doing: Track and monitor recruiter performance against established KPIs, ensuring alignment with company hiring goals. Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and standardized process guidelines. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in recruiter efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring timelines. Audit recruitment workflows to detect bottlenecks and streamline operations. Collaborate with leadership to refine recruitment strategies based on real-time performance data. Conduct root cause analyses to diagnose performance issues and develop targeted improvement plans. Establish structured review processes for underperforming recruiters and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to recruiters. Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to design and implement targeted training and upskilling initiatives. Act as a bridge between recruitment teams and leadership, ensuring transparency in performance management. Generate and present performance reports using tools like JobVite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI, and Looker. Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to improve recruiter efficiency, reduce hiring time, and enhance candidate experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, selection teams, talent teams, and operations to align on hiring objectives. Support continuous learning and process refinement by sharing insights on industry best practices and team performance trends. Drive process and performance improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment operations and efficiency. Requirements & Qualifications: Main Skills: 3+ years of experience in team management, performance management, hiring, or recruiting. Tech industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. Data Analysis & Reporting to track, measure, and interpret performance metrics. Experience using Power BI, Looker, or similar reporting tools. Ability to create dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Expertise in structuring Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and action plans for underperforming recruiters. Root Cause Analysis experience to diagnose performance issues and identify corrective actions. Capacity to use performance insights to optimize hiring strategies and recruitment efficiency. Trend Analysis & Forecasting to identify patterns in recruiter performance and hiring outcomes to predict potential challenges. Secondary Skills: Strong team management and leadership skills.
