In this fully remote role, you'll connect with nonprofits, small and medium-sized businesses, representing a values-aligned HR brand built on service, strategy, and support. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads - Conduct and close discovery calls - Customize outreach and proposals based on client needs - Maintain CRM records and track key performance metrics Qualifications: - 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably B2B or SaaS) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Experience with Hub Spot - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Reliable internet connection and workspace - Proficiency in English KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: - Associate’s Degree or equivalent - 2-5 years of sales experience - Proven experience in sales management or leadership - Proven sales experience - Ability to work independently - Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills - Exceptional customer service skills - Project management - Hub Spot (a plus) - Monday App (a plus) - Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, and closing - Work with U.S. based nonprofits and small to mid-size businesses EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Arka HR Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
