Role Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and methodical Sales Development Representative to help drive pipeline growth by generating qualified meetings. In this role, you’ll design and execute modern outbound campaigns, create real connections with prospects, and play a key role in building a high-performing revenue engine from LATAM.
Key Responsibilities: Build and execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, LinkedIn, and more Apply your proven outbound frameworks and adapt them to our strategy Book qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives Drive 50–100 outbound activities per day across channels Use Outreach.io for managing sequences, tasks, and reporting Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine ICP and messaging Share best practices and support the evolution of our outbound motion Must have qualifications: 2+ years of B2B outbound experience in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or tech-enabled services Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong experience with Outreach.io (or similar tools like Salesloft) Ability to tailor messaging by persona and speak confidently with executives Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound activity with quality Strong organization, coachability, and a mindset of continuous improvement Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST or CST overlap) Nice-to-Have: Experience selling to U.S. markets from LATAM A personal playbook of cadences, messaging, and outbound tools What We Offer: Base salary in USD competitive for LATAM Uncapped commissions Paid time off and equipment stipend Career development resources 100% remote work and autonomy to innovate A results-driven, tech-forward, human-first culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
