Overview: Purpose of the Team TheGlobal Business Services Center Financial Systems team acts asconsultants supporting the Shared Services Organization and other Mastercard business owners through support of key systems byproviding project management, application, and end-user support.The team is built upon strong contributors with leadershipabilities, consulting mindsets, and strong project managementskills. The primary responsibility will be the support of both Oracle financials modules and related applications. The idealcandidate will demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Oraclee-Business Suite and related applications. Role: 1. Manage systemenhancements, projects, strategy, setups & system support forassigned Oracle e-Business Suite General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and3rd party Tax applications such as Corptax and OTP. 2. Partner withkey business users to provide application overviews (including newfunctionality), assess automation opportunities, and/or providesystem training as needed. 3. Collaborate with internal technicalteams to facilitate/test issue resolution. 4. Provide ongoing Production Support - including problem management. Will includelogging tickets, status communication & escalation (as needed).5. Lead evaluation efforts for new products and/or functionalitybased on business requirements. 6. Ensure configurationdocumentation and training guides are updated based on applicationchanges or new functionality. 7. Complete testing efforts timelyrelated to application patching, upgrades, modifications, etc. 8. Create effective business/technical requirements, analysis &documentation; for assigned projects. 9. Audit support in accordancewith various SOX controls. All About You: - Must be fluent in English (verbal and written). - Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance, or Information Systems - or equivalent work experience. -Functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite version 12 corefinancial modules General Ledger and Fixed Assets, Tax applicationexperience preferred. - Ability to quickly engage and influencebusiness partners – driving change in the organization. -Proficiency with MS Office applications. - Knowledge of key ProjectManagement methodologies & tools, Microsoft Projects and Visiopreferred. - Excellent written & verbal communication skillsrequired – with the ability to effectively communicate &develop; strong relationships within a multinational organization. -Excellent time management and prioritization skills with theability to independently prioritize and manage assigned projects.
