Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will: - Support Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) Service Provider with Operation Billing and Order Management questions, serving as the contact and addressing issues raised by all the Business Partners. - Participate and assist in monthly and quarterly revenue pushes to ensure company revenue targets are met, while recognizing opportunities and developing process improvements that positively impact customer service levels. - Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes, including complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) scenarios, and support discussions with stakeholders to prepare order structures (Billing Model, Revenue Recognition, Supply Chain Requirement, and others) for complex projects and billing. - Maintain and publish necessary operation reports based on external and internal customer needs, and participate in special projects, initiatives, or training as required. - Assist Finance in resolving bookings and accounts receivable issues, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards for audits. - Direct or assist BPO Service Provider team members with complex Purchase Order issues and determine suitable actions. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, coordinating with various functions to ensure timely handling of requests.
