Our innovative online shipping platform allows customers to obtain instant door to door freight rates, complete online bookings, and view real-time map-based shipment tracking. Our services include air freight, ocean freight, and trucking all within the sphere of our online logistics solution. Job Description Understanding of Exfreight’s ideal customer profile and determining their potential usage of our online digital logistics platform. Performing comprehensive and accurate qualification of inbound sales leads daily. Proactive follow-up and engagement of leads and targets to continually move deals through the next-step of the sales process. Leveraging the ExFreight platform and CRM sales system to close new business. Account management of new business with recurring customer follow-up. Articulating the benefits of digital transportation and ExFreight’s transportation solutions. Meeting weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators to continually grow business. Qualifications A bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field. A logistics emphasis or additional course of study is a bonus. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. This is imperative. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time. A strong desire to succeed along with a high level of energy and personal motivation. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
