Your main responsibilities will be: - Reconciling bank balances with accounting records on a regular basis - Downloading bank statements and providing them to the accounting outsource team - Collecting and exporting supplier invoices for the accounting outsource - Gathering supporting documents for corporate card payments - Preparing working files and documentation packages for submission to the outsource team - Creating payment requests (e.g., for audit, outsourcing services, taxes, ICO-related expenses) - Coordinating and tracking accounting contract approvals - Exporting processing-related documents for the accounting outsource - Monitoring and managing incoming accounting-related tickets via Freshdesk - Providing requested documents to auditors and preparing formal letters for banks - Filling in payment details for business travel reimbursement requests - Executing tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant Requirements: - Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes (e.g., bank reconciliation, invoicing) - Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, formatting) - Familiarity with document management systems - Understanding of payment workflows and supporting documentation - English (Intermediate+) for internal communication and working with auditors/outsourcers - Native/Fluent Russian is a must - Strong attention to detail - High level of reliability and time management - Proactive communication and coordination skills We offer: - REMOTE OPPORTUNITYto work full time; - Vacation28 calendar days per year; - 7 wellness daysper year(time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; - Bonuses up to $5000for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; - Full payment forprofessional training, international conferences and meetings; - Corporate discount forEnglish lessons; - Health benefits.According to the paychecks, if you are not eligible for corporate medical insurance, the company will compensate you with up to $ 1,000 gross per year per employee.
