Human Resources Manager working with high positions and good English skills Job Description: HR Specialist Location: ZTE COLOMBIA Position Objective: The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of human resources policies, strategies, and processes at ZTE Colombia. The primary objective is to effectively manage talent-related processes, ensuring a positive work environment aligned with the company’s goals. This individual will act as a liaison between the staff and company management, supporting talent management, training, organizational development, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews, psychometric tests, and candidate evaluations. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment service providers and universities. Employee Relations: Provide support in resolving labor conflicts, ensuring they are handled fairly and in accordance with local legislation. Advise on compliance with internal labor policies and local labor laws. Promote a positive and proactive work environment. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Manage employee benefits (health insurance, vacation, leaves, etc.). Monitor employee absences and leave requests. Compliance: Ensure that HR processes comply with current labor laws in Colombia. Stay updated on legislative changes and labor regulations. Manage employee records and documentation according to internal policies and legal requirements. Requirements: University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in technology or telecommunications companies. Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management systems. Proactive, organized, and effective problem-solving skills.
