Role Description: Support the founding team in the operational and technological structuring of Bosapay, a growing payments Startup. You will be responsible for designing the business’s key financial models, coordinating the development of internal digital tools, and facilitating operational integration with Bosanet and Bosabox. Main Responsibilities: Build and update financial models for advances, installment payments, cash flow, costs, and pricing. Provide direct support in fundraising processes and relationships with investment or debt funds. Coordinate with external developers or software houses to structure internal system of Bosapay (dashboard, basic CRM, payment records, installment tracking, etc.). Document operational and financial processes. Support the design and implementation of smart contracts and payment flow automation. Ensure consistency between financial models and technological processes. Assist in selecting no-code tools or backend platforms (e.g., Glide, Airtable, Retool, Zapier). Required Profile: Young professional (recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related fields. Proficiency in English. (Minimum B2 or 80%) Strong knowledge of financial modeling (Excel, Google Sheets). Familiarity with automation and no-code/low-code development tools. High execution capacity, organizational skills, and adaptability to fast-paced environments. Desirable: Previous experience in fintechs, startups, or consulting. Monthly Estimated Income: $839 to $1,200 USD depending on experience.
